Ok im just going to say for starters dont stay here ok poor location for anything point blank period take my word please. Now, thats out the way. Service was horrible first off I came with my 2 children for 4 days wish I would have spent the extra $100. We get there we still honestly have about a little more than 2hrs to get the room kids were tired and didnt wanna walk around with bags. Dirty would not clean it. They gave me new sheets and refused to clean the room. Bed was nasty.
This place is absolutely disgusting I will never stay here ever again we walked in the room smelt so bad like someone had been smoking for days in there which caused us to go to CVS and spend our own money to buy disinfecting spay and spray to make the room smell somewhat better which later on didn’t work at all and the bathroom was absolutely worse the counter was stained pink from who knows what the sink was disgustingly dirty the sink faucet would move around the toilet was alright the toilet paper holder was disgusting a... read more
It is a 2 star motel so you have to adjust your expectations accordingly. They have re-done the rooms so you aren't walking on ancient carpet BUT and I saw them cleaning another room... they dust mop the floor, the don't mop it. I had a water bottle dribble a small amount of water in the floor so I used the wash cloth to wipe it and it was black, filthy just from a little water. Imagine using soap. I am so upset with the room. Bed bug's my wife and I were bit all over our neck and arms. Never again. 🤢 I just sent you a picture. I also told your front desk. Infested with bed bugs..🤮
