Not an impressive place. Feels rundown and just so-so rooms. Bathroom was very small and had no exhaust vent.
Disgusting rooms. Turned my feet black and walking around in the carpet. Roaches crawling around the room. One star for rooms. 2 star for service because the normal employee was kind, but the manager was TERRIBLE. Seems like the type of person who shouldn't be in customer service and does not take accountability. Do not stay here.
Absolutely disgusting room. There was a cockroach crawling across the wall, hair/debris by the headboard, and the carpet was so dirty it turned the bottom of our feet dark brown. Because it was a single night stay and these issues weren't noticed until past midnight, I decided to wait to mention it at check out the next morning. When I mentioned the issues with our stay, the manager was not apologetic and moved the focus to blaming me with "why didn't you call us"? I recently stayed at this property while traveling through the area and had a great stay. Very clean, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and such nice staff! Next time I am coming through the area this would be my first choice property
