Nice, comfortable room. Roon door was very difficult to open. The accommodations were a little expensive for a night's stay, but the entire area is over priced because it's a tourist spot.
Worst hotel in traverse city. Got the room and it was filthy,smelled horrible. Told the guy at the desk I was leaving and wanted a refund gave me the refund then called me half hour later stating he was gonna charge an extra 50 for cleaning fee when room was so bad my wife had to book a room down the street. Would never recommend this hotel.if zero stars was a thing,thats what I would have put. Not worth the stay
Picture on websites misleading. I have no idea where that room is but it sure wasn't ours. Hotel is old & needs a refresh. Furniture was beat up. On a positive note it's clean & bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure & water was hot. We paid $174 via Travelocity for a Sunday night! This is a $110/night hotel at best especially since they have no free breakfast. Front desk staff friendly & helpful.
Tiny flies in the room. Only hot water - no cold water in the sink. (Yes, really!). Very musty smell in the room, and the noisiest air conditioner ever! Will not come back here.
The room was comfortable with a microwave and fridge. The bed was comfortable. It was a fairly average room for a high price but one of the more affordable places given the time of year and location. The location is great.
