Staff here is r@<i$+ I was here to see my friend for a business meeting. As soon as I came in the front door this guy (not security) starts asking me 200 questions for no reason. He refused to let me meet my friend on the second floor. Thankfully, my friend took his business elsewhere and will be filing a formal complaint about that employee who was completely out of line. I just called them to inquire about availability the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude and said no we don't have any rooms tonight or for the rest of the year or next year and then hung up on me. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody , sounds like a high school kid who works there who doesn't care about his job.
