Worst hotel ever!!
1 star One of the worst experiences I've had. The room was dirty and filled with very old, worn-out furniture. The carpet was wet and clearly not cleaned properly. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the bathtub was old and gave off a bad feeling. The air conditioner was noisy and kept us up most of the night. Worst of all, the doors to each room were so loud that every time someone closed theirs, it sounded like a slam – making it impossible to get proper sleep. It truly takes audacity to charge what they do for these dim, ugly, ill-equipped motel rooms in Thunder Bay. What starts out as a $71 offer ends up being close to $300 for a single night in one of the most depressing rooms you've ever slept in. Next time we'll spend the night somewhere on the Minnesota side of the border.
One of the worst experience anybody can have , completely horrible We had family suite booked and when we reach there .. they already have given it to somebody else. There’s nothing available in the city for us to stay. The only thing they come up with is sorry They offered us a single bed room which had broken ac, running taps all night. We could not even stay for 4 hours in place
My mother always said if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all so I will do my best. The bed was awesome. The room was nicer than sleeping in a tent. The entrance to the hotel had glass all taped up from an attempted break in before we arrived. The foyer was full of the essence of smokers from decades past. The bathroom was white with grout and caulking that no longer retained it's original colour. The domestic dispute in the hallway at 2 AM added excitement.
