Great room for the price. Location to Palace of Fine Arts - wonderful! Walkable and safe. Went to the hotel "breakfast" - there were two unmarked urns. I wanted hot water for tea, not coffee Asked the attendant which was which - she walked over, grabbed my cup from me by the top (Where I would drink), and shoved it under the apparent hot water urn. This new receptionist is terrible he is not a proffesssional he spoke some bad words to us in hindi as we do not understand it. I believe his name is vijay hope the owner takes care of it . Not going to stay at this hotel ever again.
Small room with good price, free parking and great location.
The person who works at the reception is terrible I, think his name is Vijay his wife do not know even a word of english. And when I just asked where can we find some good food near to hotel he just made fun of us with his wife in his own language. Rude!
