This was the perfect base for our short trip to San Francisco. You get what you pay for and can’t complain, the room was clean, comfortable beds and towels changed everyday. Location is perfect for the Golden Gate Bridge and a short walk down to the marina area, then it’s a nice straight walk along to Fisherman’s Wharf etc. Can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t have it but it looked lacking so I’d say if you want a substantial breakfast to eat out/on the go.

When we spoke this morning, the front desk agent said I need to go through Wyndham Central reservations to modify a reservation, who then of course says I need to call the front desk and handle it there. Now the guy is hanging up on me when I call. What a joke. As a Wyndham Rewards member, I will not be staying at a Wyndham property going forward.

This hotel is located in the Presidio area that has parks overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge - this is a must place to visit for superb photoshoots! Rooms at the hotel are a bit on the smaller side - but you should be out all the time anyways. Close to Marina district with all foods possible. Great air-conditioning and heating. Clean and no bugs. The location is very safe. The hotel offers everything you need for a great rest.

Toilet had dried urine drops on it and sink/mirror was not wiped down. Floor was dirty and there was a gap under door that allowed bugs in - found a few spiders. The bedskirt was absolutely hideous and the chair was just as bad. Wouldn’t even put shoes on it. I get that it’s a 2 star hotel but cleanliness cannot be ignored to that extent! Petit hotel correctement placé, par contre, le service n'est pas terrible (obligé d'aller réclamer du papier toilette car il n'est pas remplacé alors qu'il est vide) ainsi que le petit déjeuner, qui n'a de nom que "petit déjeuner" pour etre facturé, car il y a seulement du café, du lait froid, un peu de pain (environ 30cm seulement pour tout le monde), deux sortes de céréales, quelques confitures qui en 4 matins n'ont pas été réapprovisionné, un peu de beurre, du thé, de l'eau chaude, et quelques sachets de porridge instanta... read more
