room was not very clean. Too much bad smell on 3rd floor. noise from highway was too loud.
The front deskman was very pleasant(not so much on the phone tbh). The room was clean, a couple stains on a few towels but nothing major. The fridge could have been cleaned better, but i didn't use it so..... Bathroom was very clean, had to note that. Driving through the parking lot is like driving on the moon. 10km or less ppl.
Was nice to enjoy a comfy king bed for a 2 night stay. The house keeping staff were friendly and treated us well. I look forward to seeing Farzana as she's always super friendly and makes you feel cared for, which is important for business.
Terrible customer service and very rude front desk employees. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THERE ARE BED BUGS AND I FOUND A USED CONDOM IN MY ROOM!!!
Have stayed multiple times at this hotel over the years. The hotel needs some refreshing but the staff have been great. Farzana is always helpful and goes above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
