To start off with being double charged to finally getting the room get to the room finally get inside from the room having so much trash on the floor and no power in the room at all. All the electrical had been snatched out of the walls and ceiling called the front desk to explain the situation my boyfriend was hung up on by the front desk and then his number had been blocked so we then went up to the front desk told the person at the front desk a second time what was going on and that we just wanted a refund back the person... read more
No fridge or microwave even tho I paid for a “premium” suite lol a joke of a place
This is both Quality inn AND Days Inn. You make res on website using cheaper option, then you get there.. oh we are operating as the other hotel tonight, gotta cancel your prepaid reservation n charge you more for your stay
