Rachel at the front desk is super nice and helpful. She went out of her to make sure I was comfortable and was accommodating!
Budget friendly, not recommended
I recently stayed at the Travelodge in Madison Heights and had an excellent experience. The morning shift front desk staff member was exceptionally professional, courteous, and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was both comfortable and efficient. Her level of service truly stood out and made a positive impression. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this Travelodge to anyone seeking a reliable and welcoming place to stay in the area.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst hotel experience of my life, horrible manager on duty. Got locked out of our rooms multiple times. Hotel staff leaves frequently and will not come back if you’re locked out. Myself and 2 others have been locked out for several hours now as the sign on the door says no one will be back till noon.
