Absolutely disgusting hotel. Immediately walked in and it REEKED of pot and had to wait 10 mins for a person from the baymont to come check me inn. Then I got to my room and the place is a straight up health hazard. Sheets had dried food stains and black stains everywhere. Plus the carpet had trash everywhere. Went to the front desk and had to wait another ten minutes because he was gone again. I asked for a new room that wasn’t gross and was told those are only just stains that won’t wash out I can only get you new sheets. ... read more
Horrible customer service and the rooms arent even clean and theres no microwaves and my room smelled like pee.
Absolutely horrible stay. The night manager was just rude for no reason. Didn't even wanna get out of her chair or probably acknowledge the fact I was talking to her and paid money for a shitty room
Do you drive a Bugatti? Do you like gobs-o-knobs on all your toys? Do you like long pointless stories that go nowhere and champion the worst qualities mankind has to offer? OMGosh, there was no toilet paper, no chain in the toilet tank, so you can't flush it unless you reach in the tank, the towels had holes in them & the pillows are the size of small couch pillows. Most of the washcloths & towels were stained. Though it worked loudly, the bathroom fan was an open hole. Most of the guests staying there or hanging around were homeless folks. We didn't stay.
