Do not stay here!! I always do a room check before bringing any of my belongings in. There was a condom wrapper under the already dirt covered bed, urine stains on sheets, missing trim. Something I don’t even want to guess dripping down the walls by the bed. I wouldn’t wish this disgusting hotel on my worst enemy. Still patiently waiting for my refund.
Horrible hotel, I booked a large room for 5 and upon arrival they said it was overbooked and offered me a room for 4 as if it's ok for the 5th person has to sleep on the street and refused to provide an extra mattress or room. And this after I had paid in advance and they have a 24 hour cancellation policy meaning if I hadn't turned up they would keep my money as well while not even reserving a room for me. Great service and coffee was made fresh. And Kaitlyn was the best and so was the night check in at baymont.
