There was no staff at the office, we had to walk to the hotel across the parking lot to get someone. The room smelled of stale smoke and mold. The bed covers were stained, and the carpet was dirty. We walked out and stayed somewhere else.
Cheap place but there's always cops and fights and some kinda drama going on
Booked a room Christmas Eve. Worst hotel in Loveland now. Checked in walked into the room smelled like cigarettes (non smoking room) smoke alarm was broke, most of the light bulbs where removed from the room, found a used needle in the drawer all the bedding was extremely stained. tv and mount where broke the only chair in the room wasn’t usable. Room had no washcloths or hand towels. Staff was lazy and just as useless as the hotel was.
There appeared to be a lot of peope going in and out at all hours of the night possibly on drugs it seemed.
