To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a serious issue regarding my recent 19-day stay at the Travelodge in Livonia, MI. My experience at this location was unacceptable on multiple levels, and I believe corporate management should be made aware of the conditions and behavior displayed by the staff and management at this property. Very nice rooms for the cost was clean
Typically good experience for the $... my TV remote did not work for the room I was in and it was saying there was no tv source too. Luckily I had my roku so I just hooked that up and used that. Otherwise everything was great.
