Room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be smoke free, and that was even after changing to a different room. Curtain ripped. Dedicated AC outfit not secured to the wall. Also water damage on the ceiling. Was told renovations going on but I didnt believe it. I personally didnt have any problems with the staff, they were as helpful as they could be for us
Roaches everywhere, deadbolt is off so have fun fighting it to push in, strong smoke odor that does not go away, sheets stained, bed stained, carpet needs to be pulled, dirty towels, trash all over the property, parking lot is in horrendous condition, DO NOT STAY HERE there are plenty of other options in the area that are not only cleaner but cheaper.
Thought I was being smart and saving some money. I was wrong. There was crap in the toilet bowl and at one point, when I went out to my car, a passerby tried to sell me drugs. If you're on the I-80, power through to the one at North Platte instead.
The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Nasty floor, cigarette burns on the sheet and blanket through the bed, hair on pillows it appeared to not have been clean, towels were stained and a two in gap from the floor to the bottom of the door, mold in bathroom and so much more. Not to mention paying 270 for a one night room because of price gouging due to a concert in the same city. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
