Love the upgraded rooms and cleanliness. This is my second time staying here and so far choosing this place for my trips to LA going forward.
On March 2, 2026, we went to check in at this place and were treated very poorly by a staff member of Hindu origin, who was extremely rude and impolite. I will not return to this place and do not recommend it to anyone. Look for other options in the area, you will certainly find places with better reviews.
I just stayed in this place for the weekend, here is my honest review. Location is amazing, place was clean, housekeeping was great! Customer service absolutely the worst I ever experienced in my life . Manager worst manager I ever met, he has not idea or any power to make any decisions to flip and fix a simple problem, he actually mentioned he is tired of that place in front of an employee -10.
