Booked through expedia paid the $124 upfront. We arrived and the hotel goes by new name sure stay. She informed us they couldn't locate our reservation but we could book a room through them at another $124. Aside from that issues. When I awoke the next morning there was a dead cockroach under the bed and a few crawling around. My first bad experience at a hotel. I highly recommend staying somewhere else. Also expedia couldn't get ahold of management to discuss a refund. So im battling that now.

If you can avoid contact with Susannah you will better off. I had emailed and called Susannah letting her know I'd be arriving late. I received attitude upon arriving. I then stood for 15 minutes outside the night window while she struggled with the computer system. I then walked her through how to use her own system. She had put someone else's name in the search bar and was unable to find my reservation. I walked her through how to delete the name out of the search bar and viola she found my reservation.
