4:00 check-in is later than should be allowed. Forced to stay in the parking lot after arriving just before 3:00. Said the manager could not be reached. I’ve never been to a hotel with that late of a check in time. Ironic because the parking lot was empty, so most people already know to stay away.
This place is a disaster. Unfortunately we needed a room so we gave it a shot. The parking lot had broken glass all over. The floors and trim are all torn up throughout. The A/c didn’t work, the mini fridge teeters on 3 legs, the toilet threatens to tip over when you sit on it, the shower curtain is falling off the wall. Pretty sure they painted over water damage on the walls. I could go on , but you get the point. Whoever owns this place should be absolutely embarrassed. So should corporate Travelodge and Wyndham.
