COCKROACHES!
We were issued room 219 for the night. Upon entering the room, we found the window open, a broken mini-fridge leaking water, a moldy half pot of coffee, and a dirty carpeted floor. Also, there were only two hand towels in the bathroom and no soap. Front desk personnel offered us room 223, but we decided to stay in room 219 after we concluded that 223 did not meet our expectations. I carried the broken refrigerator downstairs.
