I got this hotel mostly because it had a complimentary parking lot. (Last few trips to Cleve I had to pay extra for valet in city, wanted to avoid that). NO. This place needs to be shut down. My room door didn't lock, and there was black fuzz on the sheets. I arrived on time, but the room wasn't ready for me. I'll never stay at a Wyndham place again. Eeeeww.
Dirty. There was a stain on my bedsheets but it doesn’t stop there. Broken ironing board, broken picture frame and wall outlets. Various burn marks on the door. Dirty carpet with crumbs and stains as well as 1 channel on the TV and the bath tub did not drain. How can I forget the key card didn’t work for the duration of my stay and the whole room smelled of cigarettes
Its not the worst place ive stayed. There was no toilet paper, towels, soap, or a trash can in the room, and it looks like the door was kicked in previously from a raid. The blankets had holes and the mattress was shot, but there wasnt any bad smells. So thats something.
This place was so nasty and gross, don’t stay here. There was a press on nail from a previous guest on the bathroom floor in our room. There were no pillowcases on any of the pillows, stained bed sheets, not one single towel or even soap in the bathroom. The chain lock on the door to our room was broken.
