I would give it less if I could. This place was so dirty we went to the room and left right after. The was evidence of prior drug use in the room and everything was so dirty. The toilet was leaking. The wash rags were dirty with visible signs they weren't clean. The carpet looked like it wasn't cleaned in about 20 years. Do not stay here it need taken down and never used.
Oh boy where to start! When booking a hotel of this price range I’m not expecting anything fancy but realistically I want a clean room. Upon arrival there was a drug user passed out in the back parking lot; which in hindsight should have been the indicator to just cancel our reservation. The main lobby was dusty and cobwebby with unsecured carpet ensuring any wheelchair using guests have a nightmare of a time using the ramp. Uncomfortable feeling the minute I walked in. Not sure if the AC was on. Strange smell in the building. Dirty shower curtains. Dirty in general. Never got a comfy feeling. Bugs flying around in the room. We left and drove 2hrs back home.
This hotel shouldn’t even be open! For $124+ a night this hotel was utterly disgusting it was dirty in the hallways, steps looked like they’ve never been vacuumed ever. Extremely dirty and dusty hotel. Air filters look like they’ve never been cleaned or changed. Door in the bathroom looked like it has mold or water damage. The worst hotel in Ohio. Bugs all over the room, no water in the toilet, no clean towels to bathe with and just a dirty hotel. Will never go here again. I want a refund if my stay.
