Excellent service, courteous and professional staff. Showers did not have a shelf to place toiletries while bath.
Beds are trash barely slept while there, the people their are super friendly and helpful with loads of info on what to do around the area. There was a funky smell throughout the whole place that smelled like wet towels.
Me and my girlfriend booked a couple of night at the Travelodge, for business and leisure. Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by the upmost horrendous customer service, the gentleman that covers the overnight shift has 0 professionalism and patience. I was taken back by the attitude and lack of customer respect, I will be reaching out to management in order to further investigate into this matter.
