I went to get a room key cause I dropped mine on the way out and the door closed behind me. And when I went to get another key card, I saw someone I had visit me the day before getting a key card before me. I asked them if they got a room here now, they didn't respond. When I went back to the room. It was locked from the inside! He gave them a key card to the room. Great front desk staff, but terrible management. Very poor communication and unprofessional handling by management.
Hotel was freshly painted, but painter didnt sand doors before painting, my wife couldn't close the door without my help. Says it comes with breakfast. Its a paper bag with a juice box, granola bar and yogurt. The photos show an actual breakfast bar, not a mini fridge with a breakfast for toddlers. Woke up to a forklift as they are doing renovations. In the morning I checked my phone to see its almost dead. The night stand with plugs on top wasn't plugged in.
