the room itself was actually good. it was clean, in good condition, and honestly better than i expected. it did not smell musty, it felt comparable to a regular chain hotel room, and the digital keycards were a plus. i would rate the room itself around 4 stars. where this place loses points is the front desk and paperwork side of things. the front office always seemed locked, and more than once it felt like you had to call around or wait just to get help. i even ran into another guest outside who was struggling to check in b... read more
You can hear everything though the floor TV people taking would never stay here again
No maid service, went back to room after 12 hours, wet towels still in tub,bed not made
