great van, great experience, great service and assistance
We rented a Stationary Wagon and went from Melbourne to Perth. It’s was beautiful and didn’t have any problem with the car, just a flat tyre but the assistance team resolved immediately the problem.
Absolutely do not recommend this place! Right from the pick-up, we told them the 1st and 3rd gear only go in with serious force – which is super dangerous on the road. They just told us to “drive anyway” and go to a workshop if needed because, of course, they didn’t have another car. Of course, we immediately ran into major problems. The car already had over 650,000 km on it. One of the two keys broke off while trying to unlock the car (and the other key was inside the locked car).
