Trying to charge me for a policy I didn't want at all & that I had cancelled!!!!!
I am writing this review to warn the public about the severe negligence and unprofessional handling of my claim by Travelers Insurance. Our experience has been a nightmare, culminating in significant property damage and serious health issues for my family. Here are the critical failures by Travelers: 1. Unacceptable Delay in Mitigation Services: I reported the claim on December 27, 2025. Terrible the service is horrible and then they make someone come check out earth detail of your house.. probably to over charge more
