I have a 2013 Open Range and have been looking for a part for some time. It is very important that I get the part as it is a seal to ensure water does not penetrate my trailers. I found Mackenzie to be very friendly and helpful. This is my first experience with a motorhome and was a little uncertain about a few things. Mackenzie was knowledgeable and very patient with me. It made the entire process much easier and straightforward. Definitely 5 stars.
