Terrible service. We were in the showroom for 30mins and NOT one sales person got up from their desk to help us. It's NOT covid anymore, so make some effort. We went elsewhere.
Do not waste your time and money getting an estimate for RV trailer repairs from Airdrie Traveland RV. They charged us $420 for an estimate ( after taking 1.5 months in the spring to get this done) promising to deduct this off the repairs but we lost the entire 2026 camping season as they never returned our calls and emails to get the work done. First time there & was pleasantly surprised at the size & variety of new & previously owned trailers. Great servise
We dealt with Ashley at travel land in the service department. After we bought the trailer we went back and had solar panels and batteries installed and also had them look at our hot water on demand as the shower was surging and not consistently hot. We got the trailer back and the hot water was still an issue. We took the trailer back and We showed Ashley what was happening.
