Buyer Beware...this place priorizes sales far above safety or honesty! • They supposedly inspect each trailer but sent me down the road with the electrical wiring for the brakes hanging precariously, and the TV screen was visibly broken. • The hitch was incorrectly assembled putting both my own and others lives at risk. Update May 2025: Waylon (shop foreman) and Mitch (Service Writer) are amazing and after all the run around we got for months they have restored our trust in Traveland. After many unanswered calls and emails Mitch stepped up and worked with us to ensure our warranty and service appointment got booked and our file was properly updated. For the appointment we were lucky to have Waylon’s time to complete our service items and get our warranty items taken care of. Jerry, the sales rep we dealt with was fantastic! No abrasive sales pressure, he got all our questions answered and sold us on the new fifth wheel Alliance Avenue 32RLS Sherman, the service rep walked us through the unit during the orientation and provided a very detailed explanation of all the features! My husband and I went to rv wars beginning of May with the intention to just look at trailers. We were greeted by Scott from traveland. Immediately we knew from how personable Scott was that we wanted to purchase our next trailer from traveland. Scott showed us a jayco jay feather 27bh and we fell in love with it.
