RecommendedTravler Time has the best customer service! Anytime I call with any problems or questions they are on top of it! The staff is super friendly and are ready to help you. The service dept helped us with setup problems and were so helpful when they drove 2.5 hrs just to show us how to properly level our trailer. I would recommend these guys anytime! service dept had our bus for nearly three months i was told the service man for onan generators had 25 years experience unable to fix our onan. needed our jacks worked on i was told part would be in on oct 30. when my husband went there they said it had to be made and they didnt know whrn it would be in so we picked bus up still had to pay for a part that we dont have any idea when it will be in. so no i dont recommend travel time. we ended up paying $726.00 for absolutely freaking nothing thanks guys appreciate it
Took my Grand Design Reflection in there to have some warranty work done. Even though they don't sell Grand Designs, they agreed to do the work anyway! Carrie in service worked directly with Grand Design and got all the work done perfectly! She went the extra mile and kept me updated weekly on the status of the repairs. It was a pleasure working with her and I will definitely take my rig back there for any other work it needs. Great Job!
Awesome place to do business with! Friendly and very knowledgeable in every aspect. Service techs are the best, came out and repaired our heater last winter and did a phenomenal job. Just cant say enough about them. Carrie is always professional and honest. A special thanks to her. She went above and beyond when we needed our Rv repaired quickly.
We are thrilled with our recent purchase and experience buying a travel trailer from Travel Time. Kyle was responsive to every question and request. Very knowledgable about the coach even though it was an older unit. Very professional staff. Checked over the details on the coach to make a road trip back to TN over 670 miles with no problems.
