Bought a 2018 Aspen Trail took them a week to get it ready which is no problem. Come pick it up they told me everything was good to go and everything worked. I get it to my destination and I was missing a stabilizer jack on the front. I enjoy my camper I will buy a new one again but it will be from a different dealer that takes business more serious sends out a more quality Trailer Trailer!
Horrible management, they charge customers for parts not received.
we broke down this winter on our way south, and they were so helpful! Took our unit in and had a rental so we could keep camping while they fixed ours in record time! Took my camper in to have a gas line looked at they told me about a problem with the front of it. No biggie file an insurance claim and we will handle it. I bring the camper back file an insurance claim insurance company denies it after a month or so I file an appeal on insurance. Which I’m still waiting on..so I decide to just buy a new camper and turn the old one into a deer lease camper.
