Convenient location off of I-40. Parking for 5 or 6 tractor trailers is a nice feature. They take CLC. Room was clean enough for $41.55. The shower drain was plugged and rather than interrupt Mohammed's call to prayer, I took it apart and removed the copious amounts of hair myself. Athlete's Foot sucks and I left my bleach at home. The mattress and pillows are shot. The neighborhood has a demilitarized zone feel to it. Signage indicates locals aren't allowed to stay and human trafficking is strictly prohibited 🤔. husband was in NLR For doc appt. at veterns hospital in little Rock. (we live in hot springs). guy was extremely rude...could not understand him. gave him a debit card and DL. then he sez there is 30.00 deposit....wth???? and t h en asks for credit card. no access to lobby either...he got his dl and card back and left to another motel....rate this place a 0.0.0.0.0....... ..
Horrible customer service. You have to go look in the terms of service to find out they charge a $30 cash fee and that if you book online and it doesn’t say that it doesn’t matter. The front desk guy was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend to even park your car at this hotel.
