Nice place for overnight stop. No breakfast or coffee.
I gave this hotel one star overall primarily because the owner wanted to charge me for my service animal that has been assigned to me by the VA. I have the dog's certificate, but the owner said he didn't accept it. I am a retired Navy Officer with 25 years of service. The owner probably didn't understand the ADA guidelines. The place looks like a dump anyway, so I just cancelled my reservation. Thank you, booking.com!
I’m a transport driver and I travel from Indiana to Texas all the time this is where I stay at. I had a reservation there for tonight 9/9/25 that I booked through hotels.com but unfortunately my truck broke down 250 miles away and I was not able to make it to Little Rock. Hotels.com customer service called this location, but they refused to waive the cancellation penalty. I have had situations like this come up in the past and never had any problems at any other hotel in United States, except for this one. Do better sometime... read more
