Terrible customer service. Once they get your money they don't care about what they booked for you. Better off doing it yourself.
Please please DONT use Travel Impressions LTD Or ALG Vactions. Wasted 8k on a valentines day trip, to get treated terribly by the RIU in Aruba. All 3 Companys Cant even Compensate me $1,000-2,000 for a partial refund, 2 out of 4 days wasted by beyond ruse staff. It took 5-6 hours to check into my room, everything in the hotel was broken and didny work. Elevators, doors, safes, lights, wifi…. I would not recommend booking with this company. I worked with them as a vendor on a destination wedding where most guests, including myself, booked travel through their agency — and nearly everyone had a frustrating experience. In my case, I was supposed to travel with my sister, who unfortunately didn’t have the correct passport for international travel. Very bad the trip was awful the hotel was in a poor neighborhood. Airport was so far away. It was so awful I cried and was calling the company for my money back the very same day in when on the trip. This company should be shut down. I contact the CEO of the company I have not heard from them yet . Please do not booked anything with this company. My trip was October 14 2024
Absolutely do not use tgus company OR any agent that uses this company! Beyond mad about the financial loss.
