Totally disorganized and chaotic. The security guard at the entrance told me the wrong floor, so I waited in line there, but that turned out to be the wrong floor and by the time I made it to the right floor, I was 5 mins late for my appointment. I was told they couldn’t do the appointment in 55 mins, they needed the full hour (which makes no sense because I knew the specific vaccine I needed - it should not take 1 hour). And no accommodation for the fact that me being late was their fault.
Highly recommend a consult here before traveling internationally! Our nurse, Marisa, was super helpful and friendly and did a great job explaining the pro/cons of various vaccines and medicines in relation to the specific locations and activities we had planned and made clear the costs and which would/ would not be covered by insurance!
My spouse and I had an excellent experience. Booking an appointment was very simple. All of the nursing staff and front desk folks are extremely kind. 100/100
Fantastic. McKenzie was our nurse and she was AMAZING! Thank you so much! Helpful, informative, and understanding of the costs of vaccination. Also love that the clinic publishes prices and are more reasonable than other offices. Would definitely recommend coming here for your travel needs!!
I was in need of travel vaccines and I called this clinic in March 2021 and was told 'oh honey we're moving locations, call back in a month'. I called again in early April 2021 and was told that they had no openings, were only scheduling out 2 weeks, and to call back on Mondays and Wednesdays to see if I could maybe get an appointment. What kind of policy is this? For someone who has travel plans and is trying to schedule in advance to make sure I am up to date on vaccines, this seems like a very unreliable way to offer vacc... read more
