Horrible experience. Room was not very nice plus when we had to use the sleeper sofa the first night, it was broken. It took 2 days until we found out that they could not fix it or replace it. So eventually they allowed us to move to another unit, with no assistance of any kind. Now today (12/6) we realized that our grandson left his Switch Nintendo game in the drawer next to the table, we believe.
