I was extremely impressed with Haydee’s Compassion, I have to say that was the best blood draw I have ever received in at least 20 years. She found a vein on the first try and bam we were done. she was amazing!!
The phlebotomist (Geraldric) did not draw the blood properly and as a result I had to redo the test all over again. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and delays in getting my medical results back. Very disappointed with the service and I am going to request a refund soon.
Today a pflebotomist came to my home to perform a blood draw as ordered by my physician. She arrived right on time and was very efficient at the task at hand. Extremely professional and considerate of my needs. I would HIGHLY recommend TravaLab if you need the services they provide.
Had a really great experience using travalab for testing that I did via an online service. I needed somewhere that would ship the vials off for me or give them back to me, and travalab's customer service answered so many questions for me via email ahead of time. When it came time for my appointment, my phlebotomist was on time, really quick, and also kind. Would absolutely recommend using this service!
Andrea was AWESOME! I asked her to bring a butterfly needle. She did. Got me on the first poke (few people can do that) and she was so pleasant to work with. Communications was awesome. If I have to do this again I would definitely ask for her!
