I am writing this on July 24, 2026. I was just diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the end of June 2026. I don't have insurance, so my doctor sent a blood draw request to this company. I had to pay $85 to make an appointment. I scheduled a phlebotomist to come to my home on Monday, July 13, 2026 between 6 and 9 a.m. because it was fasting. Worst experience and the phlebotomist that was supposed to come was very rude. They got the date and time wrong. Here are the text message.
Working here almost three years and my only complaint is I don’t get no where near enough work to be in a major city! My friend quit here also but was getting more offers than she can handle, literally a town over 🥹. I’ll have to leave soon ~ I keep getting orders where no mileage is involved and just wasting gas ~ “Learned not to accept every order that’s offered for sure “ MP-KJ
Absolutely horrible service. Couldn’t find a phlebotomist for me after I paid and scheduled, didn’t ever call to reschedule even more than a week after when I tried to schedule. Also work at a facility that recommends them and have had nothing but problems. Would NEVER recommend this company.
