I had an awesome experience with Ms Keysia Johnson! She was so great! She arrived right onetime! Let me know when she was coming and confirmed, she allowed us to do the draw outside on my car port and she was absolutely wonderful! Horrible. I had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Katina the phlebotomist sends me a message Saturday morning stating she cant come Monday. She claims she is in training in AZ. Seriously you were to be here Monday morning and you text me on Saturday to cancel. This is unacceptable. Then trying to reach this company is a complete nightmare. Save yourself the aggravation. This employee should be fired..
The phlebotomist (Geraldric) did not draw the blood properly and as a result I had to redo the test all over again. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and delays in getting my medical results back. Very disappointed with the service and I am going to request a refund soon. Update: They then scheduled a complimentary redraw because of this, but the lab said one of the vials was missing from the package that was mailed in by Travalab. Not sure what happened. I was extremely impressed with Haydee’s Compassion, I have to say that was the best blood draw I have ever received in at least 20 years. She found a vein on the first try and bam we were done. she was amazing!!
