I’ve never had to use their services before. But Ive driven by their building every day on my way in to work for two years now, and they always post fresh memes on their LED sign out front. It’s the highlight of my morning. And any business that posts fresh memes daily deserves 5/5 stars. They also wish their employees happy birthday on the sign when they come along. So another 5/5 stars for appreciating and remembering their employees birthdays.
Employees are very professional and extremely knowledgeable of their product. On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the highest) I rate them a 10.
Very poor client service. After a part not being properly fixed, we would have had to pay another service fee for them to come out and fix the issue. This was supposedly fixed back in November, but is now not functioning properly. Would not recommend to other businesses in this area.
