Therapy has been one of the most impactful things I have done in my life. I was lucky enough to be connected to Dr Ana Baranowsky and Bear Psychology through a friend that works in assessments. He said this is probably one of the best places to go deal with Trauma and he was right. I can't recommend this place and their staff enough. I was connected to free online group meditation classes led by a fantastic trainer. I learned so much and feel so much better. If I could drag people in I would, Life is profoundly better now
Dr. Baranowsky and her team gave me great help and support. All of them are very caring and really use their hearts to treat you. I can't thank them enough. If anyone is suffering from psychological trauma, I highly recommend you to seek help from her team.
What can I say, Allen helped me in ways that can never be repaid. Its always an ongoing battle but knowing there are people out there that care makes a big differance. Im 53 and never thought I would need this kind of help but if you are going through stuff call them, they will help you sort it out.
This organization is very professional, caring, highly qualified and very knowledgeable.
