Set in my Wheelchair for 4 hours without being seen or checked on. Listen, I understand the triage process and being busy beyond the capabilities of your facility but why would you not check in with or update a patient after having them wait for over 4 hours???? I have been to this E room many many times after having an accident that left me with an AKA amputation, over 5 skin grafts and 2 bone and 2 muscle grafts not to mention 4 broken bones. Very poor service...No organization between staff. Emergency Director needs to write policy fro the emergency room. Never been to a hospital like this.
