I enjoyed parts of my trauma therapy training program… for the overall wraparound framework… and the storybook for kids encouraging them to take the steps towards trauma therapy… and some of the motivational interviewing pieces… so mostly the parts about preparing our clients for therapy… but found the progressive counting method itself to be reaching a little. I have participated in the the intensive therapy program, and have taken several full day online trainings. I have found them all to be comprehensive, research-based, and extremely useful. I employ so much of what I have learned in my practice. The fairy tale model, progressive counting, and the flash technique in particular have been quite popular with my clients. Best of all, they are one of the most affordable programs to get CEUs! Thank you for all that you have given me, Ricky Greenwald and company!
I thoroughly enjoyed my virtual EMDR training with Dr. Ricky Greenwald. Options for taking training while balancing work and feel there’s an amazing amount of support, modalities of learning (videos, discussion boards, exercises to practice in training) to help get a solid foundation to learning and practicing EMDR. Highly recommend!
I attended several trainings as well as received supervision to get certified in EMDR. I feel that the experience I gained taking the course with the staff here left me very prepared for challenges that came up in practice. When speaking with other providers (not trained at TI&TCI) I find that I have additional tools that they did not receive in their initial trainings.
I learned a lot here and wouldn’t be where I am in my career today without this place. Experts on trauma reprocessing, attachment, and dissociation. They have a free trauma treatment program for victims of crime, and I have seen many clients benefit from this week long intensive relatively quickly compared to hourly sessions week to week. The staff here really care about their patients and alleviating suffering in the world.
