I have appreciated the assistance from the Traton staff in my community (Edgemoore at Milford). Dawn and Tammy have been helpful, professional and very kind to me. I have moved into my beautiful home and I am in total love with it!
My family and I moved into North Square in Marietta in August 2018 and it was a horrible decision. It is very simple...DO NOT BUY FROM TRATON. Traton seemingly does not care about honoring their warranty and will either lie or say they are not responsible for repairs that they clearly are. We still have open punch list items from our pre-move in walk through as well as our 45 day inspection. DON’T BUY WITH TRATON HOMES! We were the first to buy from a new construction, after we bought the house they changed ALL THE EXTERIORS of the other townhomes EXCEPT ours and they want US to pay for the changes out of pocket!!!
The quality of their build is so poor! shotty sheetrock work (ripples, cracks, nail pops everywhere), the staircases are the worst I've ever seen, uneven cuts, not sanded smooth, stain and paint melted together for a nice pink color, pathetic. We had nails coming through the inside of our kitchen cabinets, the top cabinet trim cut too long then covered with tape so the light wouldn't give away the mistake.
