I only gave 4 stars because I've only had this service since October of 2018 and they've forgotten my trash twice. It looks a mess out at the curb when this happens because they offer no barrels or anything to put your trash in. The good things are: office staff nice to deal with, they take your payments over the phone, they have a 13 bag limit for their most expensive service - which is still very affordable - and they come mid-morning so as not to wake residents. My only "beef" with them is they've forgotten my trash TWICE... read more
This place is the Best! The price is cheap and they are very dependable! Always on time and very nice! I’ve made it a point to wake up early to tell them they are appreciated! They work harder than I think a lot of people realize! Like what else wld we do without u! Customer Service has always been Great! I’ve had several dumpsters delivered! Delivery and Pickup was always on time! HANDS DOWN TO U ALL! Thank You for your Service!!!!
They went above and beyond to make sure I had a dumpster when I needed it.
