I am a grateful customer and have no reservation in giving an enthusiastic recommendation.

I, speaking as a man who use to work with Trap himself, will let you know that this guy is a not what he plays him self to be. Trap talks to all his workers like crap and cheats customers out of their money. There was times where we would just have to crawl in your crawl space to hit a switch for your heater and instead of doin just that, we would hit the switch and just hang around the crawl space to charge customers more money. Do not go here the peoplethat works here is not certified and they are incompetent or their job they leave bare wires open they came to fix the heater broke my AC then tried to charge me another service charge just 2 come out

I called Trap's Plumbing Heating & AC in Dover because our air conditioner was not working as well as it should be. Mr. Trap was at my house the following afternoon. He cleaned out the entire AC and added about fifteen pounds of freon to the unit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was even kind enough to give me a break on the cost of the freon as I am in the military. If you are having issues with your plumbing, heating or air conditioner, give Trap's a call. You will be glad that you did.
Excellent service from Mr. Trap and his employees. They were all courteous and professional. Came as soon as possible to fix my AC and didnt charge me anything since this was the first time I had a problem since installation. He was very informative and helpful. Will definitely use him in the future!!
