The absolute best hair salon you could ever go to! The place is decorated so cute and comfy. They had snacks that kept my daughter happy while getting her hair done. My daughter got a haircut and some purple streaks in her hair for her birthday and I got a cut as well. Got a chemical burn on my scalp because the heat was too close to the foils. After the incident, I asked if I could come back another day because I wanted to give the area the opportunity to heal, but they disregarded my requests and told me they want to finish because they didn't want unfinished work. At the end of the appointment, the owner gave me a 10% discount and then tried to imply I burned myself because I adjusted myself in the seat... Erika gave a great consultation. I wanted to bring back my purple balayage and she made sure to go over each step and explain the process and made sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted.
It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten a haircut and my layers needed some refreshening! After receiving a cut and a blowout from Erika, she helped bring life back to my hair again! Erika has worked on my hair before and as always, she takes good care of me! Even though I have a lot of hair to work with, she always caters to my wants and needs for the best results <3
