This company advertised working outside of North Bay so I called asking for a quote in Sundridge. This Terry guy called me back and we set a date for him to show up . Nothing haven’t heard from him since. Tried to reach him again but doesn’t reply to voicemail. This was in middle of April and still hides behind his voicemail. Not a very reliable company and I would hate to try reaching them for warranty issues. Can you say fly by night contractors here !!
Summer 2025, did an excellent job that is particularly appreciated now that the snow has started (I have waited to write a review to see if any issues would arise.). Their communication was not the best, and email seemed the best approach. But in terms of price, quality, and respect by the crew, they were excellent.
