PuzzleMaster room was awesome!! This was each one of our first escape rooms and we had an absolute blast! Staff members (HQ) were fun and friendly 😃 Highly highly recommend Trapped!
The room was harder than we thought, but it was still fun. The guy who helped us was super friendly and nice. The room was well done too. We will definitely be coming back. � BTW... we failed miserably. �

The Puzzle Master room is terrible. There is no flow just a cluster of random puzzles and locks and nothing relates to the next thing. The way they give hints is bad as well. I won't mention what it is because it will give away the room. I've done over 50 rooms and this one has good decor but horrible gameplay flow which takes the fun away. The manager even came out after upset at us that we didn't like his room. Sorry man. It's really not good to more experienced teams might be ok for the less experienced.
This was my friends and I first time and it was the funnest thing we've done. Very recommended, don't overthink things ahha
I have been to a couple different escape rooms but this is the only one I have returned to. I have been there three times now. Fantastic times for a date night, or a group outing. Puzzles are tough but once it is figured out, reasonably simple and fair. Puzzles make sense. Hints that are given are true hints and not answers to the puzzles. I will return again.
We had a blast. For never being there we weren't sure if it would be for everyone. We aged 26-68 and we all had a extraordinary experience. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a challenge
