We have never had a problem here. We have been using all of the doctors for 11 years now. Wait times are usually minimum and the doctors are attentive and helpful.
Wow, I can't believe all the negative reviews. I Have been taking our 3 kids here for 6 years and have the best experiences. We particularly see Dr Warsi who is fabulous with our kids. We have seen the other providers as well who are all great!
Horrendous care from front desk staff to providers. Dr. Vitelli will make passive aggressive comments to new parents about baby sleeping patterns without even providing advice or guidance. Her nurse, Deana, will act as if you are asking the world to just hold your baby while they get shots. It’s beyond backwards. Moving states and changing providers makes you realize how bad their service here is. They are not working in your best interests. I just showed up for my children's wellness visits at 8:30 a.m., only to realize their appointment had been canceled. Instead of notifying me or my husband, my children's grandmother was left a voicemail about the cancellation. Why their grandmother was called, I have no idea. If this had been my only bad experience, I would let it go, but there have been several other occasions where I felt the customer service was very poor. We're going to move the kids to a different practice.
