We love it here and have looked at this practice like family for over a decade. You can get practitioners and care anywhere, but the Front Office here remembers your name and what is important to your children and family and genuinely care. They are the reason my children don’t have a Dr phobia like I do because they are the face of the practice and the people you interact with first when you feel the most nervous or sick. We have never had a problem here. We have been using all of the doctors for 11 years now. Wait times are usually minimum and the doctors are attentive and helpful.
Wow, I can't believe all the negative reviews. I Have been taking our 3 kids here for 6 years and have the best experiences. We particularly see Dr Warsi who is fabulous with our kids. We have seen the other providers as well who are all great!
Horrendous care from front desk staff to providers. Dr. Vitelli will make passive aggressive comments to new parents about baby sleeping patterns without even providing advice or guidance. Her nurse, Deana, will act as if you are asking the world to just hold your baby while they get shots. It’s beyond backwards. Moving states and changing providers makes you realize how bad their service here is. They are not working in your best interests.
