Cheryl Batchelor- Took my vehicle in to have back glass retinted due to it bubbling up from a dog scratch. Taylor stated he could take care of it and replace the film if I wanted it done. He explained the errors showing in the rest of the older film on the car but never pressured me to make a decision. After quoting a price to remove and replace all tint, I went with it.
