The trails and easy access to boat ramp. For kayaking the pond has many narrow waterways getting closeup views of animals n plants including turtles, blue heron waterfowl, and baldcypress trees.

Cute cabins for rent, some overlooking the water with great sunset views. Cabin 1 is closest to the parking lot and new bathhouse, (opens Memorial Day 2020), and easy place to put in kayaks at the cabin.
it was our first time camping there...loved it
