RecommendedBeautiful place to get away from all the crazy life throws our way. Breath-taking, relaxing trails to hike and bike. Lots of places to put into the water to kayak, boat, fish. Very clean facilities, friendly staff, convenient grounds with lots of picnic areas and things to do. Well stocked camp store. Great all round experience. Highly recommend.
Great place to camp with friends and family. I’ve been coming for 33 years. We catch lots of fish here, we enjoyed the updated bathrooms and new showers near the cabins. Only complaint is the 10pm quiet time, it should really be 11pm especially on weekends. 11-7 should be the normal quiet time hours. Catering to older people it seems like. Great camp store with lots of items for sale, although it was closed at 4pm on weekdays which was very inconvenient for most campers during peak season. Always so peaceful & serene, especially back in the trail among the bald cypress! One of our fav places to paddle!!!

We’ve always loved camping here, but this weekend was the best. Bathhouses were very clean, staff was super helpful and friendly, and there was plenty of space and fresh air.
