First above all, Car Gurus made shopping for a new vehicle easy and quick. I pre qualified then went to Gerry Lane with my certificate and the deal was done in under an hour. Gerry Lane staff was phenomenal and not pushy at all. Entire experience was great

The staff at Novato Chevrolet were friendly and helpful, and willing to negotiate the price.
They did not respond back to my questions but doing a sale pitch on me instead. At the end, I walked away because the price was too high at this dealership. It would be great if they just answered my questions completely upfront and it would save me a lot of time hearing sales pitch that I did not see any value in my decision making process.
