Not very informative confusing information if you're not a known customer they won't help you
Was in a time crunch and needed the clutch by this weekend. I was told I would receive it by then but not the condition on it would be received😳. Had known I was going to receive a clutch that looks like it had been drug across my driveway, I would've just went to WIT transmission and bought the damn thing local and waited. This is a first and a last for me with trans star. If this is what they call quality packaging, or quality shipping by any means, especially for making us pay top dollar for these clutches, NEVER AGAIN!!... read more
I didn't even know this place existed until recently. Always has the transmission parts I need. Can order and pick up directly from their warehouse. Get an email confirmation everytime then I drive straight to the front desk. No waiting around, the parts are already there. Customer service is excellent too. So glad this place exists.
