Saw a nurse practitioner and her bed side manner was awful. For some reason I thought I was seeing the doctor.

Dr Souder himself is great, but his reception staff is outright rude. You can only see the nurse practioner in clinic, not the doctor. The wait is outrageous both to get an appointment & when there for visits. A 6-week or longer wait to see an FNP is ridiculous, & then to have the receptionist talk everyone like they're somehow beneath her is intolerable. Oh, & they can keep you waiting for over an hour, but if you're 10 minutes late, be prepared to be turned away. Make the drive to Nashville or Memphis instead.
