I checked in yesterday at 1 PM. I had a 4 PM appointment in the evening. I’ve been waiting here since then, and I still haven’t seen any dock. It’s now 12:36 AM at night, and I’m still waiting for the dock. I went to the office multiple times to ask, and they just keep telling me to wait here after parking my truck on the side.

Para Transmex/Swift: Pues a mi me toco esperar un buen rato. Pero no creo que tenga que ser la regla, si son amables y te ayudan. El proceso de check in es sencillo: Llegas e ingresas el # de BOL, # de remolque y tu # de teléfono e inmediatamente te llega el msm de confirmación. Ir directamente al edificio con el nuemerote 900 qué está a mano izquierda y donde esta el letrero de Odyssey.

I arrived at this facility at 1:00 PM and waited for more than 8 hours just to get loaded. This is one of the worst facilities to pick up a load from. The staff do not communicate with drivers and seem unconcerned about the excessive delays. I finally left at 9:00 PM. Pick up loads from this facility at your own risk.
