My teacher Bruce I had on line was a great . But the teacher of the driving school itself was a joke I watched another student get yelled at in front of others and if you don't comply they put you on the stimulated to punish you like you are a child the general manager is 23 years old cries if someone yells at her on the phone and spends the rest of the time talking crap about people I've witnessed it outside. Overall a great experience with Jeff and Ivon,Paige at the N.B campus and for allowing such flexible schedule. Jeff and ivon who both teach it with there own methods and there own experience and knowledge to the mto standard, starting with little to no knowledge they both helped me learn a great deal not only about the driver safety and trade skill development but personal development and how it relates and effects operation of the comerical vehicle, correcting behavior and mistakes with humor and good fun. I am writing this review to express my huge appreciation for Yvon and Jeff throughout my experience with TTCC North Bay. I recently completed my DZ driver's training I truly could not have done it without these two. Jeff and Yvon are both extremely professional, patient, kind and you truly get the sense that they care about their students. I am someone who did not have much of a mechanical background, or general knowledge about trucks. However, Jeff and Yvon both taught me in a way that I felt empowered to be successful. The management was difficult to deal with at times, but Jeff and Ivon in north bay were great instructors. They were very informative and very helpful with tips while teaching
I had an amazing experience with this driving school. Ivon Grenier was my instructor and made learning to drive easy, supportive, and confidence-boosting. He taught me so much that when I did my drive test, the instructor was impressed I used the red button for the last few speeds on the 13-speed transmission.
