Thankful for Wayne up there. Very satisfied with his professionalism and willingness to explain and help. Communication and knowledge is everything when it comes to handling an issue and Wayne us great in both areas. Some others have just put me on hold then hang up, but not Wayne. If you ever have to call, please save yourself some time and just ask to speak to Wayne.

Transport Funding has not been helpful at all during the COVID situation. I tried talking to them about the struggle and received nothing but late fees on top of late fees added to my account. Thank to GOD and vystar credit union I moved my loans never gain I wouldn’t do busses with transport funding not good company bad company they don’t career about people only money .
I have been in business leadership roles for 30 years and have managed vendors and providers all over the globe. I can truly attest that Transport Funding has the worst communication skills of any organization I have encountered. No matter the platform, they communicate well below minimally accepted levels. The manner which a company communicates is a window into an organizations culture.
