This company continues to harass us about our auto loan for a semi-cab. I have requested a full account transcript to verify our amount owed on multiple occasions and have not received it. The representatives are continuously verbally abusive and demeaning. We ask to escalate the call to a supervisor and they refuse. They have continuously called and harassed my references even after they have requested to be removed from their call list.
