She went wayyyy above expectations for me & my company. She practically just saved my truck & my company. I hope she receives the flowers she deserve!! She's the best!! I would like to give a big kudos to customer service representative Jalin “Jay” Faulkner for his amazing work that he put in with assisting me and husband on a major repair on our truck that needed to get done. He was very professional, well spoken and right on top of the job we needed him to help us with. He followed up and made sure until the end of the process that we were satisfied customers. Terrible company, I payoff my truck on January 12, 2022 and they told me I will only get my title March 13, makes no sense at all. Dishonest attitude, holding my document for that long.
