I have worked with TransPerfect for more than 5 years. It has conducted the annual TransPerfect VIP Rewards program for years that is designed to reward translators with a variety of items. I appreciate this program but the delivery is very slow. I claimed a reward item in November but I have not received it yet (it is 10th March now). When can I receive it? I have sent inquires many times to the dedicated email address but there is no reply.

My evaluation is mixed, I would give the most points for the cooperation with Transperfect, for the lots of work coming from there, and for the professionality and friendlyness of the project managers. But the payment behavior is outright horrible! I've worked as a vendor for TPT for about 2 years now, and I absolutely love it! The rates are competitive, the project managers are so friendly and helpful and the subject matter is usually pretty interesting. They are by far my favorite language agency to work with!
I'm sorry to say that it has been over a month since I first submitted an invoice to Transperfect, and I - along with many others who worked on the same project - have still not been paid. In fact, the company did not respond to requests for payment for weeks on end and then deliberately misinformed the contractors that payment had been made. I still have seen no sign of the 5 figure sum that I am owed, nor any interest for late payment.

I've got two sample tests from Seoul office through TransPerfect Portal and got one pass and one failed without any score based on assessment criteria and reasonable evidence in details.
