Hi, My name is María de la Paz Oteiza. I was tested on several field and never heard of the results of such tests. Kemi Yussuf, Assistant Vendor Manager, was in charge of the whole procedure. .I even told him that my native language was Spanish and not English, and nonetheless he kept on sending me tests to translate into English. I contacted him a week ago after two monts of complete silence, and I am still waiting for his response. my e-mail is oteizapaz@hotmail.com. I hope to hear from somebody soon.

I have had no problems with payments, and I have worked with them for many years, and the rates are on a downward spiral. I will probably have to find another career if they keep offering lower and lower rates and finding new ways to pay less (i.e., TM postedit, new and "improved" changes in tracks that are a mess but "only a few words" and paid as less than a few words, unexplained flat rates, etc etc.) Very, very sad and disappointing.
I appreciate the interaction with PMs, always very professional and friendly. Rates can be discussed in order to get a fair pay. But late payments are certainly an issue, so a freelance translator shouldn't rely solely on Transperfect to buy its bread! Anyway payments finally do arrive. About the TransPerfect VIP Rewards program, I'm also still waiting for the reward I was granted for 2017. Anybody knows who I should contact?
